House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 21:00–10:00. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damages or additional cleaning. All local and foreign guests must provide passports or IDs in advance for tourism and building registration; failure to complete registration may result in denied access. A city tax may apply, is excluded from the booking price and must be paid before check-in; it is calculated per person per night according to local regulations. The Kids Club and spa cost extra.
Getting there
Business Bay Metro Station is five minutes away by taxi or 15–20 minutes on foot. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and central Downtown Dubai are under a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 but not suitable for infants under two.
