The street-facing studio is on the first floor of a characteristic building, without an elevator. Guests have exclusive access to the entire accommodation. The living space combines an open kitchen and lounge with a connected television. A double bed is provided, and the mezzanine sleeping area has a second television and a ceiling height of only 1.10 m. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The kitchen includes utensils and dishes for meals. Bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, with professional cleaning and linen laundry before arrival. Heating, a hair dryer and Molotov TV are available. There are blackout curtains rather than shutters. Shared washing machines are in the basement at level -1.

A Carrefour Market and other shops are nearby. Parc du Héron is less than 10 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by public transport. La Haute Borne science park is around 10 minutes away by car, Decathlon Arena around 30 minutes by bus, and the University of Lille's Cité Scientifique around 20 minutes by public transport.

Immoka manages the property in partnership with GuestReady. Guest support is available from 09:00 to 23:00, and maintenance technicians are available for emergencies from 10:00 to 17:00.
