The house

The apartment is on the second floor of a Louisiana-style residence with broad walkways and wrought-iron railings. It has 42 m² of interior space and an 18 m² terrace, a private entrance and garden-facing outlook. Up to three guests are accommodated, excluding infants. A sofa with a 90 cm mattress is provided, and a twin-bed setup is possible.

The small equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, two-ring ceramic hob, small refrigerator and small dishwasher. Other equipment includes a flat-screen television with cable, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, bathtub and hair dryer. Two folding tables, four chairs and two terrace loungers are provided. A 300-litre water tank with a booster supports water pressure and provides a reserve during interruptions.

Residents have free access to the shared swimming pool and use of a tennis court. The residence has an on-site Les 5 Mondes spa and a small restaurant open daily for lunch. Two tennis rackets and balls, a yoga mat, strap and blocks, and pool goggles are provided.

Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and bathrobes are supplied. Housekeeping takes place before arrival and after departure. A baby crib is available. A dedicated concierge supports the stay, with refreshments and a welcome cocktail on arrival. Partner services include excursions, car rental and airport transfers; a selection of local events is available on request.
