The first-floor studio has a living and sleeping area with one queen-size, 160 cm sofa bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and hot plates. Wi-Fi, a TV, heating, a fan, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, hangers and a smoke detector are provided. The building has no lift.
The studio is near the University, with theatres and the Halles d’Avignon covered market within walking distance. Place des Châtaignes and Place des Carmes offer bars, cafés and restaurants nearby.
A Welkeys concierge welcomes guests and hands over the keys, and assistance is available during the stay.
