Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. City tax may apply and is excluded from the booking price. It is calculated per person, per night according to local regulations and collected before check-in; advance payment is requested.
Getting there
The studio is on the fifth floor with no elevator.
