The house

The open-plan interior has contemporary furnishings, a large double bed beside wide windows, and a lounge with a sofa and wall-mounted TV. The kitchen has generous worktops, tiled finishes and a washing machine. A wooden dining table with benches provides space for meals.

The shower room has an overhead rainfall shower and a heated towel radiator. Bed linens, clothing storage, a coffee maker and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. Outside, there is a generous private seating area, and private car parking is available.

The property is in a residential area of Brighton, with local shops, cafés, supermarkets and parks nearby. Brighton city centre, the seafront, Brighton Palace Pier and The Lanes can be reached by car, bus or on foot. Regular bus services connect Brighton and Hove; Brighton railway station has direct train services to London, Gatwick Airport, Lewes, Eastbourne and the south coast. The A23 and A27 provide road access.
