The house

The ground floor has a living and dining area with a retractable Loewe television, Naim Mu-so 2 sound system, gas fireplace, open kitchen and separate guest WC. The kitchen includes an induction hob, gas cooker, teppanyaki plate, microwave–oven combination, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Jura automatic coffee machine, kettle and toaster. One double bedroom and two shower bathrooms are on the first upper floor; a second double bedroom is on the attic floor. Both bedrooms have Loewe televisions. The terrace has a beach chair and garden furniture available April–October; the balcony beach chair is also available April–October. Features include electric blinds, Gira KNX controls, a garden table with a gas fireplace, heating, window privacy screens and an ironing board. A washing machine, dryer and hairdryer are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, an initial supply of bathroom essentials, luggage service to and from the property, and a water carafe are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!.
