## About the house

The home provides approximately 91 m² across the ground, lower and upper floors for up to four guests. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining room with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, Sonoro audio system, integrated kitchen and separate guest toilet. A west-facing terrace has garden furniture and a beach basket, available approximately April–October. Both bedrooms have a 180 × 200 cm double bed and flat-screen TV. There are two bathrooms with large rain showers; the upper bathroom has a double washbasin. A glass-fronted sauna is for private use. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, an initial supply of bathroom essentials, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!.

The beach and sea are immediately nearby. Westerland town centre is a few minutes away on foot. An exclusively reserved beach basket at the nearby Nordhedig beach section is included seasonally. Accommodation spans three floors, including a lower-floor bedroom. Parking is limited to one space.

No smoking. Pets and youth groups are not permitted. Children are welcome. Maximum occupancy is four guests.
