House rules
Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local InvitedHome address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled paid In-Stay Refresh; stays of at least 30 nights require additional paid cleaning and are non-refundable. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. A maximum of six cars is permitted. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
