# Stonewall Retreat East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 3,000-square-foot home has designer-finished interiors, central air conditioning and a fenced backyard. The outdoor space includes a private heated freshwater pool, a deck with four lounge chairs, a gas grill and outdoor dining furniture with an umbrella. Beach chairs and pool/beach towels are provided. The kitchen has generous counter space, an island seating four, a walk-in pantry, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. Coffee equipment includes a Moccamaster drip coffee maker and a Breville espresso machine. A banquette dining nook and a circular dining table seating six provide indoor dining options. The living room opens onto the outdoor deck and has a television; a Sonos speaker system is also provided. A dedicated workspace is on the first floor. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, with a queen bed and a double/full bed respectively. Upstairs are a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, each with a full ensuite bathroom and shower. The king bedroom also has a walk-in closet and private balcony overlooking the property. The first floor has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a separate powder room. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. Bed linens, bath towels, a washer, dryer, heating and hot water are provided, along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The home is minutes from East Hampton restaurants, shopping, farm stands and ocean beaches. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and two are upstairs. Nearby beaches include Main Beach, Georgica Beach, Wiborg Beach, Eqypt Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool availability and outdoor furniture and equipment; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. Maximum occupancy is eight. The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited; any proposed event, commercial activity, other non-traditional use or rotating guest groups requires prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If a guest cancels, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, the guest may use the original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule showings during reasonable daytime hours. ## Property questions ## Is the backyard fenced?
