The 100 m² house has two floors, two bedrooms with Queen Size beds (160 × 200 cm), and a second living room with a sofa bed for two. The ground floor has a living room with a stove, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, and an equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, French press coffee maker, kettle, freezer, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Upstairs there is a shower room with a separate toilet, a TV, DVD player, games, desk and library. Two furnished terraces and an electric barbecue are available. A camera alarm in the living room faces the entrance door and is deactivated during rentals. A concierge team is available throughout the stay. Wi-Fi is available.

No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and provide arrival time. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. The refundable security deposit is €800 per booking, collected as a card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a bath towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; linen for one double bed €18 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €95 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal; cleaning during the stay is not provided. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
