The air-conditioned home has an upstairs open-plan kitchen, living and dining area opening onto a spacious balcony with ocean views. Sofa seating and an HDTV provide space to relax, while a rumpus room and pool table offer indoor entertainment.

The fully equipped main kitchen and barbecue support meals at home. A second kitchen downstairs opens directly to a back deck and garden with a grassy yard.

Five bedrooms are downstairs: two have king beds, and three have pairs of king singles that can be joined into king beds on request. The sixth bedroom is upstairs with a double bed. The master bedroom has beachfront views and an ensuite. There are also two full bathrooms downstairs, one with a bathtub, and a bathroom upstairs with a double rain shower.
