House rules

Maximum occupancy is 20 guests. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A credit card preauthorization of $5,600.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local InvitedHome address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team; stays exceeding 30 nights require additional paid cleaning. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. Parking is limited to four cars. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
