## About the house

The villa consists of traditional Apulian stone trulli and spreads over one level. A large garden surrounds the property, with a veranda furnished with deckchairs and an outdoor table, plus an outdoor barbecue and sink.

The main villa has a living room with a sofa, a single sofa bed, benches and a dining table. Its equipped kitchen includes an oven and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. The main villa also has a separate toilet and a full bathroom with shower.

The restored annex beside the villa accommodates two additional guests within the seven-person total. It has a queen-size bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and an additional equipped kitchen.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television, mosquito nets and a hairdryer are available. Kitchen equipment also includes a refrigerator, freezer, moka coffee maker and juicer.

Martina Franca lies on the southern Murgia plateau in the Itria Valley. Its historic center includes the Basilica of San Martino in Piazza Plebiscito and Palazzo Ducale in Piazza Roma. Regional coastal destinations include Campomarino, Porto Cesareo, Torre Guaceto, Torre Canne and Capitolo.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40.
