All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Getting there
The condo is on the fifth floor. The beach, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Roof replacement is anticipated to finish by the end of September 2026, and walkway work continues through December 2026. Construction runs Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with possible Sunday work following weather delays. Morning sawing and scraping may be audible from 7:00 AM to approximately noon, most notably in penthouse units; afternoons are expected to be quieter.
