## About the house

The condo accommodates six guests with two bedrooms, four beds and two bathrooms. A private balcony overlooks the community pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico. The living area has a TV, and the condo includes a well-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The primary suite has balcony access, a TV and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate regular shower.

Shared resort facilities include a heated outdoor pool, a BBQ area with gas grills and a fitness center. The beach, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Nearby attractions include The Track - Destin, Thrill Zone at The Track, Henderson Beach State Park, Xtreme H20, Emerald Bay Golf Club, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and Air Force Armament Museum.

Roof replacement is anticipated to finish by the end of September 2026, with a walkway project continuing through December 2026. Construction is scheduled Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with possible Sunday work following weather delays. Sawing and scraping noise may occur from 7:00 AM to approximately noon, most notably in penthouse units; afternoon work is expected to be quieter.
