Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Power outages may occur; during an outage, limit high-draw items such as air conditioning, the microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers. During water outages, use water only for essentials and pause the washing machine. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; storm rescheduling is subject to calendar availability.
