Steps from the Sea accommodates up to six guests in a downstairs primary bedroom and an upstairs loft-style bedroom. The primary bedroom has a queen bed; the loft has two twin trundles, presented as four twin sleeping beds, and a TV. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.

Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
