House rules
Maximum two pets; cats are not allowed because of serious allergies. Dogs have no weight limit. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must stay out of pools and hot tubs. Violation of the pet policy can result in termination of the tenancy. No smoking beginning in 2027.
Getting there
Semi-oceanfront location with Sea Pines Beach Access. Shops, restaurants and the Boardwalk of Duck Village are a short walk away. Duck beach nourishment is planned for 2027.
