The house

The open-plan living and dining area has air-conditioning, a leather lounge, a large TV, a library collection and a round wooden dining table. Sliding doors lead to a balcony with seating for two. The kitchen includes a large island, generous storage, a French-door fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

The primary bedroom occupies the entire top floor and has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and access to the second balcony. The two other bedrooms are on the ground floor: one has a king bed, reading chair and sliding doors to a patio; the other has a double bed and a study nook. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and iron are provided. There is one free garage parking space. Basic sundries are supplied to help guests settle in and are not replenished.

Northcote Plaza and High Street's eateries are less than a five-minute stroll away. Northcote Station provides access to the CBD. Guests must climb stairs.
