The 40 m² house has two bedrooms, a mezzanine sleeping area, a bathroom with shower and WC, and an open-plan kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed for two additional overnight guests. There is a 20 m² terrace, an enclosed outdoor area, garden furniture and a barbecue. A shared pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, and the residence also has a shared tennis court.
