Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard. There is no linen replacement or cleaning during the stay. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; double-bed linen 18,00 €; single-bed linen 14,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 50,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Internet, heating, the travel cot, personalised arrival and personalised departure services are included. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival; cancellation 28–16 days before arrival incurs 50% of the rent, and cancellation from 15 days before arrival or a no-show incurs 100%. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange time and keys; flexible low-season times may be agreed. Optional cancellation insurance covers specified cancellation causes, unused days after late arrival and interrupted stays.

Écluse Beach and its sea pool are 500 m away; Saint-Énogat Beach is 600 m away. The beaches and Dinard town centre are a few minutes away on foot. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with a lift and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Le Citrus is 500 m away; Carrefour City and Dinard market and halls 600 m; Atelier Morisseau 650 m; Restaurant Petit Bleu 750 m; Carrefour Market 1 km; Dinard–Pleurtuit–Saint-Malo airport 5 km; Dinard Golf and Saint-Malo 6 km; Saint-Malo station 8 km. Prieuré Beach is listed as 2 km in the description and 1.5 km in the distance table; confirm the distance. The second bedroom’s trundle-versus-two-singles wording leaves the total physical-bed count unconfirmed.
