The entire house is for guest use except the storeroom off the patio. The storeroom contains outdoor cushions in winter and cleaning materials. Ask to have the cushions brought out if they are stored. Organic, chemical-free cleaning agents without perfumes or additives are used, including for laundering linens, towels and hand towels.

The beach is described as just minutes away. The house is in Ferrel, Leiria, Portugal.

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Pets are allowed. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking. Please wash dishes before checkout, and wash used pots and pans and leave them in the dish rack. Turn things off and lock up before leaving. The storeroom off the patio is not for guest access. In winter, an optional propane spot heater for the bedroom is available on request for a fee of €35, the stated cost of the propane bottle; arrange it before or during the stay.
