The property has a screened balcony, waterfront views, sunset views, cable TVs throughout, a shared pool and spa, sun loungers, a white sandy beachfront, seaside hammocks, beach chairs, bath and beach towels, linens, hair dryer, iron and board, and a washer and dryer. The Kaibo marina, cafe, restaurants, and watersports are a short walk away. Snorkel and scuba charters and the Cayman Ferry to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach depart from The Kaibo Marina. The Rum Point Club is within walking distance, and Starfish Point is a five-minute walk west. Cruiser bicycles, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. A cleaning fee is included due to enhanced cleaning and sanitation.

The Kaibo marina, cafe, restaurants, and watersports are a short walk away. Starfish Point is a five-minute walk west. The Rum Point Club is within walking distance. The beachfront behind the condo complex is described as clear and calm, but the listing says there are no reefs there to snorkel and the sea bottom is not sandy for bare feet. Gardens of the Kai and the Rum Point Club are recommended for barefoot swimming and snorkeling; Rum Point is a short drive or a 10–15 minute walk away. Beaches are public, and shoreline quality may vary seasonally. Grand Cayman beaches may experience floating ocean debris and sargassum seasonally.

The home is licensed to sleep a maximum of 4 adults, with 4 guests total. No smoking is allowed and pets are not permitted. Discounted rentals of cruiser bicycles, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards require a signed waiver. Beach chairs are provided for use at Starfish Point and Rum Point Beach and should be returned.
