House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Pets, smoking, parties and events, and commercial photography are allowed. Contact the host before bringing more than one pet. The shared rooftop cannot be booked for exclusive use on Christmas Day or 31 December.
Getting there
Guests must climb stairs. The rooftop is shared and is one floor above the apartment. There are heights without rails or protection, and noise may occur during stays. No parking is available on the property. Scheduled common-area upgrades cover hallway cornices, painting and new carpets during standard weekday daytime hours, with noisier work expected in early October 2026; the apartment itself is unaffected.
