The light-filled living area has an L-shaped sofa, HD TV, books, artwork and a piano. A dining table sits beside a book-lined wall, and the kitchen window offers a glimpse of Sydney Tower Eye. The kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.

The bedroom has a queen bed, clothing storage, split-system air conditioning, a ceiling fan and leafy views. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, timber vanity and complimentary toiletries. A dedicated workspace includes a desk, ergonomic chair and Wi-Fi. A private washing machine is in the kitchen, with a drying rack and iron; a dryer and heating are also available.

One floor above the apartment, the shared rooftop has Harbour Bridge and skyline views, sun loungers, outdoor dining and a BBQ. It offers views of Sydney Harbour’s New Year’s Eve fireworks. The rooftop cannot be booked for exclusive use on Christmas Day or 31 December.

Potts Point cafés, bars, shopping, galleries, waterfront dining and harbourfront gardens are within easy reach on foot. Free street parking is available, but there is no on-site parking.

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Pets, smoking, parties and events, and commercial photography are allowed. Contact the host before bringing more than one pet. The shared rooftop cannot be booked for exclusive use on Christmas Day or 31 December.
