The house

Stallion D22 occupies the top floor of the Stallion residence in a quiet part of Rochebrune, with views of Rochebrune hill and Mont Blanc. The upper level contains an open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge, TV lounge and home cinema room. A stone-clad, double-sided ethanol fireplace divides the living space, which opens onto a terrace equipped for outdoor lunches.

The lower level contains four double bedrooms and a children’s bedroom, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a laundry room. Each double bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm bed. The master bedroom includes a dressing area and outdoor Jacuzzi; another double bedroom also has a dressing area. The apartment has a private Jacuzzi and sauna.

Guests can use the residence’s shared indoor swimming pool, gym, hammam and sauna. The wellness area opens during the summer and winter seasons and on weekends. A parking space, ski locker, Wi-Fi and washer-dryer are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a cooking surface, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and raclette machine. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available.

The self-catered Comfort service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Champagne, slippers, a welcome basket, mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel changes during the stay are winter-only inclusions. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included.

The resort centre is 1,500 m away. The nearest ski lift is Rochebrune, 1,200 m away; the nearest slope is Capucine, with slopes and ski school 750 m away.
