This 95 sqm home is spread over four floors. A floral-papered sitting room leads into a colourful dine-in kitchen, with three jewel-coloured bedrooms above. The main bedroom has dramatic wallpaper and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 a double bed and Bedroom 3 a single bed. The second and third bedrooms have hanging space in the hallway walk-in wardrobe rather than wardrobes in the rooms.

The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, TV, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Bathroom facilities include a bath with shower and a shower. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. Free internet is available.

The home is beside Holland Park and close to the shops and restaurants of Kensington High Street. Kensington Palace is within easy reach, and High Street Kensington tube station is a five-minute walk away.

There is no air-conditioning. Fans are provided in every bedroom from May through September; request fans for stays outside this period. There are stairs to the entrance and no internal elevator. The sitting-room fireplace is out of action.
