This 110 sqm home combines a traditional mews exterior with contemporary interiors across three floors. The entrance opens into a sitting room with large windows. The adjacent equipped kitchen has a spacious dining table, an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, blender, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The primary bedroom is on the third floor and has an ensuite bathroom. On the level below, the second bedroom has a single bed with a trundle that can be prepared for one or two people on request when booking. A second sitting room provides additional sleeping space with a king-size Murphy bed and a privacy curtain separating it from the rest of the second floor. A desk nook and guest bathroom are also on this level.

A completely private terrace provides outdoor space. Other facilities include a bathtub, shower, television, fireplace, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. Free internet is available. The home has no air conditioning; bedroom fans are provided from May through September and can be requested outside that period.

The mews featured in Love Actually. Kensington Gardens is a short distance away, and Hyde Park is a short journey away. Notting Hill provides access to public transport and the London Underground. Babies, toddlers and children are welcome, with baby gates available for installation on request. A resident cat is absent during guest stays, but the home may not suit guests with allergies.
