## About the house

The villa accommodates 12 guests and has six bedrooms and eight full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. Terraces, balconies, lounge areas and a pool deck overlook the ocean, Los Arcos Islands and tropical mountains. Three entry-level bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Upper-level bedrooms have private balconies. The master suite has an en suite bathroom with an oversized Jacuzzi tub and bay windows. Two further en suite bedrooms sit below the living and dining areas, reached by a spiral marble staircase with access to the sun deck. A one-bedroom casita with Banderas Bay views, a living room and a kitchen is also available with the rental. Amenities include a gym, cable/satellite TV, ceiling fans throughout, tiled floors, a dryer, water purification and full-time staff.
