The 9,000-square-foot villa sleeps up to 12 guests in six bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom, plus two additional bathrooms. Tropical gardens, balconies, patios, indoor and outdoor lounge and dining areas offer ocean and mountain views. There is a private pool, Jacuzzi spa and BBQ grill. Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout the villa. Amenities include cable/satellite TV, a stereo system, telephone, tiled floors, a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Staff services include a personal chef preparing daily breakfast, a bartender, daily maid service, nightly bedroom turndown and an on-site security guard. Arrival includes a margarita party and welcome dinner. Round-trip airport transport is included, and chauffeurs are available during the stay. The property accommodates events of up to 350 guests, including family reunions and destination weddings.
