## About the house

The 15,000-square-foot villa has six bedrooms with king-size beds and one bedroom with two queen-size beds, each with an en-suite bathroom. Outdoor areas include balconies, a waterfront terrace, hammocks, beach chairs, shaded palapas, an outdoor dining area, wet bars and an in-ground fire pit. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment are provided. An open-air game room has a pool table, flat-screen TV and seating. The family and movie rooms have air conditioning, a projection screen, DVD player and satellite TV. Additional facilities include a full kitchen, gym, garage, ceiling fans throughout, internet access, a computer, music equipment and speakers throughout the villa. Staff include an English-speaking general manager, an on-site night manager, private chef, breakfast cook, waiter, housekeepers and landscaper. Daily maid service is provided.
