The villa has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with Spanish-inspired décor and 13-foot vaulted ceilings in all guest rooms. Each guest room has air conditioning, fans and a connected bathroom. The bed inventory includes eight king beds, eight twin beds and one sofa bed; additional beds are available for larger families and wedding parties. Outdoor spaces include a balcony, patio and ocean-facing deck with a barbecue, hammocks and poolside lounge chairs. Tropical fruit trees surround the property. The villa is fully staffed with daily maid service, and a chef can be hired. Recreation equipment includes kayaks for five people, eight boogie boards, snorkeling gear and a ping-pong table. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, a microwave, cable/satellite television, a CD player, DVD player and stereo system.
