The house

Springs Lodge 8888 accommodates eight guests across 1,174 square feet on the fourth floor. The condominium has wood floors, upgraded appliances and a full kitchen with stainless appliances, stone tile flooring, a dining table and breakfast-bar seating. Kitchen equipment includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking basics.

The living room has a sofa sleeper, loveseat, two chairs, a gas fireplace and a flatscreen television. An adjacent balcony has seating and mountain views; ski-slope views are also available. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen television and an en-suite full bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. A second bedroom has a queen bed and television, and a third has two twin beds and a television. A second full bathroom is in the hall.

Shared complex facilities include a heated swimming pool with rock walls and a children's slide, a designated toddler pool, and two hot tubs: one for families and one for adults only. A fitness room, steam room and sauna are beside the vaulted-ceiling lobby, which has a waterfall and pool table. The shared movie room has a seven-foot screen, reclining chairs and an audiovisual system; guests can bring their own DVDs. A toddler playroom includes a playhouse and toys.

Free Wi-Fi, ski storage and underground garage parking for one vehicle are provided. Other amenities include a dedicated workspace, heating, hot water, cable/satellite television, board games, a video library, a grill/BBQ, outdoor seating, washer and dryer, and shared coin laundry. The property has an elevator, private entrance and self check-in. Towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and iron are provided, along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

The complex is close to the Keystone gondola and the shops, restaurants, activities and nightlife of River Run Village. A car is not necessary.
