The primary renter must be at least 30. Smoking is not allowed. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. One dog of 150 lbs or less is allowed for $300.00 per booking; larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments are current and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; amounts over $3,500 must be paid by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
