Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in ends at 20:00; late check-in and late checkout are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days before arrival, with the amount determined by local regulations. Getting there
The private garden is unenclosed. The residence has direct lake access and a private jetty. The port, beach, park, bus stop, boat rental and e-bike rental are a few steps away. Verona airport is 30 minutes away by car; Desenzano railway station is 10 minutes away by car.
