## About the house

The apartment accommodates three guests. Its bright living room has a double sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula table and stools. French doors lead to a private, unenclosed garden. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, television and satellite TV are available.

The residence has a 4,000-square-metre park, direct access to Lake Garda and a private jetty. Its shared pool opens from 20 April to 19 October, daily from 09:00–13:30 and 15:30–22:00; swimming caps may be required. The port, beach, park, bus stop, boat rental and e-bike rental are a few steps away. Verona airport is 30 minutes away by car, and Desenzano railway station is 10 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in ends at 20:00; late check-in and late checkout are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days before arrival, with the amount determined by local regulations.
