The house

The apartment is on the second floor of a residence with a lift and other accommodations. Its living room has a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen overlooks a private balcony and includes a dining table and television. The bedroom is on the apartment’s upper floor and has a queen-size double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bidet, and a hairdryer is provided.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

The shared swimming pool opens from 20 April to 15 October, from 09:00–13:30 and 15:30–22:00. A swimming cap may be required. Pool sun loungers are private.

Sirmione offers Scaliger Castle and its dock, a panoramic lakeside road, Lugana vineyard cycling routes, a thermal centre, Villa Callas, Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach. The residence is 30 minutes from Verona airport and 15 minutes by car from Desenzano del Garda and Peschiera del Garda train stations.
