The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift. Its living room has a double sofa bed, television and access to a private balcony overlooking the harbour. The open-plan kitchen includes a dining table, coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave.
The bedroom has a queen-size double bed. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are provided. Other accommodations occupy the same building.
The shared swimming pool opens from 20 April to 15 October, from 09:00 to 13:30 and 15:30 to 22:00. A swimming cap may be required. The residence is 30 minutes from Verona airport and 15 minutes by car from Desenzano del Garda and Peschiera del Garda railway stations.
