The sheltered deck runs the length of the home and provides outdoor seating, alfresco dining and a barbecue. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has sofas, Sky TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and a wood-burning fireplace. A hot tub, garden/patio and games room are also available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. A Nespresso-compatible coffee machine is available; bring your own compatible pods. A washing machine is provided, and linen is included.

The three bedrooms include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and direct deck access, a second bedroom with a double bunk, and a loft-style mezzanine with a king-size bed. The loft bedroom has no door. There is one family bathroom with a basin, shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet. A ground-floor bedroom is available.

Off-road parking includes driveway space for a boat. The boat ramp is a one-minute drive away, and public lake access is a 10-minute walk away. Lake Tarawera is a 20-minute drive from Rotorua.
