The recently renovated home has an open, light-filled living area with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, new furniture and two couches. Four bedrooms contain one king bed, two twin beds and two queen beds; there are three full bathrooms.

A screened-in porch and an elevated deck overlook the backyard and heated gunite pool. The deck has an outdoor dining table seating six, and the outdoor spaces include a fire pit with seating and a barbecue grill.

Facilities include a kitchen with a refrigerator, pots and pans, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking, a washer and dryer, and a usable fireplace. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, hot water, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a private entrance are provided.

Main Street is a short walk away, and two sandy beaches are a block away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.

Private heated gunite swimming pool. Outdoor pool use is typically available from Memorial Day to Labor Day; inquire before booking about availability outside this period. For energy conservation, the heater may operate only from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Main Street and two sandy beaches are a short walk away; the beaches are a block from the home. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.

Reservations require approval before confirmation. Pets, additional persons and events are prohibited without express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Smoking is not allowed.

Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. After cancellation, Marquis will try to arrange rebooking if the owner agrees to reopen the dates. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation. If no new reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire.

In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection of up to $25,000 is provided, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to give advance notice and schedule reasonable daytime hours.
