The apartment accommodates four guests and is entered through a spacious garden furnished with a large outdoor dining table and chairs. The living room has a dining table, cabinet, TV and a sofa that converts into a double bed. A terrace is also available.
The separate kitchen includes a kettle, microwave, American coffee machine, moka pot, fridge and washing machine. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV; the other has a bunk bed. Both bedrooms open onto a rear garden with two beach chairs. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
The residential complex has private access to the lake. The train station is an eight-minute walk away, and the airport is reachable by car in 30 minutes.
