## About the house

Splash sits at the boundary between the dunes and live-oak vegetation, with panoramic views of the ocean and Currituck lighthouse. The home accommodates up to nine guests and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Level 1 has a recreation room with a pool table and foosball, outside entry and access to the gated private pool. Level 2 has a king ensuite bedroom, a half bathroom, dining area, kitchen and great room reached by two steps down. The hot tub is on the deck. Level 3 has a queen ensuite bedroom with a standing shower, laundry and deck access, a bedroom with two twin beds, a bedroom with a double-bottom/twin-top bunk set, and a full bathroom.

Outdoor facilities include a screened porch, gas grill, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and basketball hoop. Five beach chairs are provided. Indoor facilities include streaming TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are supplied. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Municipal water is supplied.

The electric fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027. An outdoor street- or driveway-facing security camera is scheduled as a new amenity for 2027.

The home is oceanside in Ocean Hill, east of NC 12. Beach access is at Bismark Dr. Beach Access. The great room is two steps down from the adjoining Level 2 area.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Saturday check-in and checkout. Early check-in at 13:00 is optional, subject to limited availability and confirmation after booking, for $195 plus tax.
