## About the house

The home accommodates up to nine guests on a large block with space for a boat and jet skis. Its open-plan living area combines a lounge with Smart TV, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, Netflix, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans are available.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware, and a coffee machine; bring your own coffee pods. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity, with combined bath and laundry facilities. A washer, dryer and iron are available.

Outside are a garden or backyard, an undercover entertaining area with barbecue, and a privately positioned outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Free off-street parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with space for watercraft; a garage is also available.

Bedroom 2 has two single bunk beds, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Linen is supplied, with the main bed made up; bunk-bed linen is supplied without bed-making. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Smoke alarms, a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher are provided.
