The house

The villa overlooks Choulakia Bay and the sea channels between Mykonos, Delos and Tinos. Outdoor facilities include a private infinity pool, pool lounges, built-in dining tables, a barbecue, a Mykonian-style bar and an equipped outdoor gym beneath shaded bedroom verandas. Verandas, shaded seating and recliners surround the villa.

The furnished interior features marble, wood and white finishes. The first floor has sofas, a dining table seating eight, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto verandas. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge. Entertainment facilities include a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi and MP3 players; a safe and hair dryer are also available.

There are four bedrooms and four beds in total: two king-size beds and two standard double beds. Three bedrooms are described at pool level. The main bedroom has a double bed, private dining table, fireplace, en-suite bathroom and closet room. The other two described bedrooms have sea views.

Included services are concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen and towel changes every three days, pool maintenance, all taxes and Wi-Fi. Additional services include airport or port transfers, beach sunbed and umbrella bookings, beauty treatments, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, doctor visits, fax and photocopy service, and massages on request. Beach towels and pool towels are also offered.
