The house

The 130 m² villa occupies two levels on a small hillside overlooking Choulakia Bay. It faces southwest towards Delos and Rineia, with sea and sunset views from the terrace and veranda.

Interiors feature wood and marble details, marble floors, white couches, a fireplace, a living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and refrigerator. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, spacious closets and sea views. Three king-size beds are provided; a sofa bed also appears among the amenities.

Facilities include air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, a writing desk, satellite flat-screen television, DVD player, Hi-Fi/MP3 player, safe, hairdryer, coffee facilities and an iron with ironing board. Guest laundry, room service until midnight and turndown service are available.

Included services are concierge assistance, daily housekeeping, linen and towel changes every three days, pool maintenance, Wi-Fi and all taxes. Pool and beach towels are available. Airport and port transfers, beach sunbed and umbrella bookings, beauty treatments, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, a doctor and massages can be requested.
