The house

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA Awash with natural light with a classically Parisian feel, the spacious living area is imbued with character by original wood beams and herringbone flooring. Two grey sofas, a coffee table and alcove shelves bring a smart, modern twist to the lounge. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area hosts a reclaimed wood table with space for six guests. KITCHEN Harmoniously at one with the wider living area, the galley-style kitchen is chic in white and is equipped with amenities including an oven, hob and dishwasher should you fancy a quiet meal in.

BEDROOMS Embracing a contemporary aesthetic with its monochromatic artwork, the principal bedroom hosts a king-sized bed and enjoys direct balcony access. Reached through a quaint hallway, the second bedroom is steeped in vintage charm courtesy of a traditional fireplace, mirror and bookshelf. Pared back and peaceful, this reposeful room hosts a double bed. BATHROOMS Embodying modern chic with its subtle accents of gold and cracked marble tile effect, the bathroom comprises a bath with handheld shower and wash basin.

A separate WC can also be found in the apartment. BALCONY Romantic with its view towards a church spire, charming corner table and soulful array of potted plants, we recommend stepping out onto the balcony at sunset to catch the enduring of beauty of the fading light over Haussmann’s Paris. WE LOVE The characterful touches that bring a frisson of timeless magic to this contemporary home. The rustic beams in the hallway offer a promising early glimpse of this apartment’s ability to incorporate tastes old and new.
