The naturally lit living area has original wood beams, herringbone flooring, two grey sofas, a coffee table and alcove shelves. The adjacent dining area seats six. The galley-style kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery; there is no microwave.

The principal bedroom has direct balcony access. The second bedroom has one double bed, a traditional fireplace, mirror and bookshelf. The bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower and wash basin; the WC is separate. The balcony has a small table, potted plants and views towards a church spire.
