The apartment is on the first floor of a building with a lift. Its bright living-dining room opens onto the main terrace and has a Smart TV and a dining table seating eight. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and cooking equipment. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Ducted air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both have en suite bathrooms; one bathroom has a bathtub and the other a shower. There is also an additional toilet.

The communal chlorinated pool measures 10 × 15 metres and is between 1.5 and 3 metres deep.
