## About the house

This multilevel house sleeps up to 14 guests and has six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 has four twin beds; Bedrooms 3, 4 and 6 each have a queen bed; Bedroom 5 has two twin beds.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, a spacious deck and patio furniture. The pool opens May 15–September 15, weather permitting; optional pool heating is available on request for $150 per day.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Indoor facilities include a jetted tub, gas fireplace, living room with cable TV, board games and children's games. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. A washer and dryer are available in a common space.

The beach is steps away, with kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing among the nearby activities. Downtown offers restaurants, shops and entertainment; wineries and theme parks are accessible by a scenic drive. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee.

All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released.

All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking; it is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
